Engineering is separated into three main jobs. The Chief, the Senior, and the grunts. Each has their own role in keeping the ship in one piece.

Chief Engineer |
Oversee and lead your engineers. Delegate to the Senior Engineer. Repair the AI in case of law changes. Yell at a bridge officer for moving through meteors without shields. | Very Hard |

Carry out orders from the Chief Engineer. Handle the department's day to day activities. Make sure no one is throwing things at the supermatter crystal.
Put out fires that your engineers caused anyway. |
